Chris Dacey
Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, Houston Rockets
Chris Dacey recently completed his fourth full season as the organization’s Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer. He oversees all aspects of business strategy, market research, team marketing, brand development, corporate partnerships and game presentation.
Dacey joined the Rockets after a seven year stint with The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory firm based out of Boston, Massachusetts. After three years at Parthenon, Dacey was elevated to Senior Principal, where he managed client relationships across a number of industries. Dacey led engagements within the Firm’s Private Equity Practice as well as the Consumer Products Group. His work included acquisition due diligence, pricing analysis, operational improvement, technology & online strategy, inventory management and growth strategies.
After graduating cum laude from Fairfield University in 1993 with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, Dacey immediately went to work with KPMG LLP in Stamford, Ct and obtained his Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) license. After four years, he was promoted to Manager of Corporate Transaction Services, leading numerous project teams on acquisition diligence and integration.
In 1999, Dacey enrolled in Harvard Business School where he earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Degree in June 2001.
A native of Rhode Island, Dacey currently resides in The Woodlands with his wife Maribeth and two daughters, Sarah and Amanda. 
Jim Bailey

Jim is a business oriented, strategic, innovative and transformational CIO with a proven success record of transforming organizations worldwide by leading technology enabled business process improvement initiatives in shared service centers, supply chain, engineering, finance, and plant floor operations.
As Chief Information Officer of Robbins and Myers, Jim transformed IT into a consolidated organization capable of scaling globally, while maintaining diverse technology solutions in the business units. Jim began his career in 1988 with IBM as a Systems Engineer in IBM’s Dallas Customer Center. In 1991 Jim joined Schlumberger and relocated to Houston to take over responsibility for Schlumberger’s North America Oilfield MIS Operations. From there, he served in senior IT leadership roles at Keystone International, Shell, Team Industrial Services, and CIO at Grant Prideco before joining Robbins and Myers.
Jim has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of North Texas, and MBA in International Business from University of Houston. He is a member of the TechExecs Network, CIO Leadership Network, and Society of Information Managers.

Charles El-Moussa, COO & General Counsel

Mr. El-Moussa is RE/MAX of Texas’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. He is responsible for oversight of RE/MAX of Texas’s operations and legal matters with specific emphasis on franchise growth, marketing, automation and informational technology strategies. Mr. El-Moussa has been instrumental in helping RE/MAX become the leading real estate company in Texas that has also outsold its three nearest competitors combined in the Houston market. Mr. El-Moussa is heavily involved with RE/MAX of Texas’s web strategy and innovative product development to enhance realtor and consumer experiences. 
Robert Devita, Director

Robert currently heads Telx’s South Western team including sales (direct and channel), marketing, and business development. He was instrumental in leading business development teams for some of Telx’s largest enterprise clients, including, 7-Eleven and Myspace. His teams have successfully managed and grown revenue for Telx’s largest clients throughout the Texas and Arizona Markets.Robert comes to Telx from RightNow Technologies, Robert was instrumental is starting RightNow (RNT) Interactive Voice Service Division as the Director of IVR Service, leading the sales and development effort for the Central U.S. Prior to RightNow, Robert spent 8 years working with AT&T’s largest Media and Internet Companies. His leadership and success has been recognized by AT&T, Gartner Group and Ziff Davis Media. Robert was a 2 time Gold Club winner with AT&T, given to AT&T’s Top 5% of Account Managers. Robert has been instrumental in building AT&T’s Managed Services Business; he has lead Sales Teams that have been awarded over $200m in Gross Revenue for AT&T. Some of these offerings include, AT&T Managed Hosting, AT&T Managed Cable IP Service and VoIP Contact Center Migrations
Robert specializes in the following areas and was recognized by AT&T as a SME in these fields, Enterprise Hosting (Managed and Collocation), Partnership Marketing and Alliances, MPLS Networking, VoIP Next Generation Contact Centers. Robert is a graduate of Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, with a Bachelors Degree. He was recognized as the most outstanding Junior at C.W. Post during is tenure. Robert, a native of New York, now resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Kara and their daughters Angelina & Mia.

Rick McKay

Mr. McKay is co-founder and President of 4th Source, a global outsourcing company based in Atlanta, GA, with offices in Merida and Colima, Mexico.
Prior to launching 4th Source in 2005. Mr. McKay spent 15 years with Oracle Corporation where he held senior leadership positions in both consulting and product development. He was regional vice president and general manager of two commercial regions within Oracle Consulting, and the leader of Oracle's Energy Upstream application product development group in the late 1990's.
Mr. McKay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola College of Maryland.

Carolyn Jenkins
CEO, EngageTalent
Carolyn Jenkins has built a successful career leading the recruiting teams for technology based companies. Her creative and effective approaches enabled EnterpriseWorks, a technology consulting firm, to be named to Dunn & Bradstreet and Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 100 list in 2000. While she headed recruiting at Iconixx, another technology consulting firm, the company was named to Houston’s FastTech 50 in 2005 and 2007. Ms. Jenkins and her team have a proven track record of delivering both quantity and quality. These strong recruiting skills made launching a recruiting firm a natural next step for Ms. Jenkins.
Previously, Ms. Jenkins served as Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting for multiple technology companies. She brings more than 12 years’ experience in human resources, recruiting, training, retention, career development, benefits, corporate operations and personnel relations. Ms. Jenkins also has personal experience in the full lifecycle of software implementation. She has gathered requirements, conducted gap analysis, coded and tested software, lead end user and train the trainer classes, as well as documenting everything for a smooth transition at “Go Live.” Several times in her career, Ms. Jenkins has overseen the IT Department. Her responsibilities included areas such as network integrity and upgrades, security, disaster recovery, inventory, and desktop support.
Ms. Jenkins has been a guest speaker for numerous organizations in Houston, including Women In Technology, Texchange, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the American Red Cross. Ms. Jenkins is active in evaluating applicants for the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management fellowships. She was a finalist in CNNfn and Aetna Financial Service’s Smart Solutions contest in 2000. She won the People’s Choice Award in 1998.

Anthony Huang

Along with two other individuals, Pamela Terry and Laura Ramey, Anthony Huang launched the Techxans organization back in 2000. Techxans.org has sustained the ups and downs of the Information Technology industry for the past 7 years and continues to strive and grow in size and capabilities. In 2001, Techxans reached national and international attention for helping to launch EnronX.org which was the largest Ex-Enron contact site and was mentioned on the front page of The Wall Street Journal and CIO Magazine. In January 2007, Techxans formed Techxans InterActive Broadcast providing Internet TV broadcasting, strategic online advisory services for Techxans Corporate Members & Sponsoring companies.
Prior to Techxans, Anthony Huang was the CEO of Rexton InterActive Consulting that led the market in providing strategic web consulting for over 100 major clients across 23 different industries. Anthony also served as the CIO for 2 healthcare ventures. Anthony began his career with Apple Computers and Ernst & Young and was a recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1998 with The Greater Houston Partnership. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences including InformationWeek, Gartner Group Midsize Enterprise Summit, and Red Herring Venture Forums. Anthony graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Management Information Systems and lives in Sugar Land with his wife and two children.

Rick started with The TechExecs Network in 2007 as the Dallas Chapter Vice Chair. He currently manages events and relationships with our member sponsors.
At the young age of 16 he created dithering in 1980 to create millions of colors on an Apple II which was “limited” to only 8 colors 5 years before it came to regular use in software.
His early telecom career allowed him the pleasure of working with American Airlines, ATT, Sprint, US Postal Service, several Republican Party campaigns, various religious organizations and Non-Profits such as Special Olympics. At one point he was managing the accounts for 9 different companies including several insurance companies, US Postal Service and the Nielson Rating surveys.
In 1990 Rick bought out his employer and re-launched the business as Trans-Tech Services Inc. He quit college to dedicate more time to the business, and applied his knowledge of systems analysis and design to transform the internal processes; from sales to shipping. He mirrored a Xenix system to Windows and created a CRM program from scratch. He developed “Collision Vision”; a computerized automotive estimating system. Within 3 years Trans-Tech had tripled in size to over 17,000 business customers nationwide selling software and systems, and other specialty items. In 1995 finished 8 years with the United States Navy Reserves
In 1998 he started a web design consultancy RKDIA providing dynamic web design for various web based retailers and web based auction sites. Since 2000 he has provided his telecommunications expertise through Time Warner, Cypress, Birch Telecom, Centric Voice, and currently with XO Communications. He has helped hundreds of businesses position their telecommunications resources for efficient and profitable results. He is proud to have helped Dallas Food Bank and Make-a-Wish Foundation as part of his many successful strategies to increase productivity and profitability. Rick has built a personal network of several hundred business contacts. Rick has three boys, two are well on their way to becoming Eagle Scouts and one is a Bear Cub scout. They enjoy weekend adventures throughout Texas.
